I can say I'm very proud of my 2017 JAs !
They were on their best behavior ( but not without some slight minor incidences am sure ) throughout the whole of this 2017 29th APCC , sharing their culture and gave their best on stage.
We all had a marvelous time filled with irreplaceable memories of Marine Camp life and Japanese home stay, not forgetting the grand royal audience by Mayor Shinohara sama himself and Mr. Nagaoka , Head of BOE at the Miyama-shi City Hall which was one great VIP treatment for 11yr old JAs, followed by a grand welcome dinner and cultural exchange dance.
Due to all the great effort rendered by the ever efficient APCC HO members and 24/7 volunteers who were always there and were very cooperative and took all the JAs' nonsense with a sweet smile . Thanks are due also to all the other 45 participating countries' JAs, PAs, chaperones, volunteers, Bridge club members , BCMM & BCIO members and to all who gave me a helping hand with full zest for pre- departure preparations to make this a successful trip although I am not able to thank each and everyone individually.

My JA have learned well during the camp and most part of it was their time with their host families. They have enjoyed the warm and sincere hospitality of their host families. It was a marvellous time though they are now homesick thinking back to their various Kazoku there in Kandamachi. Send our sincere regards to all the staffs and families in Japan. Thanks Sepuloni Folau.
