FUKUOKA KIDS Parental Information

In order to participate in the BRIDGE Virtual Summer Camp, there are a few tasks that you will need to complete before the first program. These tasks are necessary to ensure the program runs smoothly, so please check all of the items below andRegistration and data entry work within the deadlinePlease help us.

1. First login to Doors+ (Please complete the login by June 20th)

In order to promote interaction between children during the program and to maintain connections even after the program ends, we ask all participants (FUKUOKA KIDS, Child Ambassadors, and Facilitators) to register on Doors+, a website exclusive to APCC members. Please log in to Doors+ for the first time by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20th.
Please refer to the following for the procedure. Please note that Doors+ has a system where you can only create an account if it has been confirmed that you are an APCC affiliate, so you can use it with peace of mind.

*If your child has participated in APCC programs in the past and has already logged in to Doors+, there is no need to log in for the first time.
*When you log in to Doors+ for the first time, you can only log in with the "Doors+ registration address" you registered when you applied. (If you have forgotten your registration address, please refer to the "Contact email address (for Zoom registration and "Doors+" registration address)" in the completion email you received when you applied.)

2. Zoom registration ・Download the application (※Please create an account by June 20th)

Please create (sign up) a Zoom account by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20th, and submit the email address registered with Zoom using the "Program Preparation Completion Form" below. Please refer to the following document for the tasks required for registration and downloading the application.

*Please use the email address you provided when you applied to register. (If you have forgotten your registration address, please refer to the "Contact Email Address (for Zoom registration and for Doos+ registration)" in the completion email you received when you applied.)
*Zoom does not allow minors under the age of 16 to create their own accounts, so please have a parent or guardian create the Zoom account to be used for this program.
*Siblings participating will need their own accounts, email addresses, and the app downloaded to their devices.

3. Purchase of uniform (※Please complete payment by 3pm on June 20th)

Please select and purchase either the uniform or the uniform + charity goods set.
