05. Regarding restrictions on the use of personal information

APCC will not handle personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use without obtaining the prior consent of the person concerned. However, this does not apply in the following cases.

When APCC provides personal information about participants in invitation, dispatch, training, or bridge projects to a third party overseas, we will obtain the consent of the individual, except in the following cases:

(2) When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned.

09. Personal information requiring special consideration

When APCC acquires the personal information of a participant in an invitation program, dispatch program, training program, or bridge program, such as the person's race, creed, and medical history, or provides it to a third party, the following information is collected: Unless otherwise specified, we will ask for your consent.

Ten. Regarding inquiries and procedures regarding disclosure of personal information, etc.

(2) When making an inquiry, we may ask you to confirm that you are the person in question or the person's legitimate representative, so please cooperate with us.
(3) Please note that if you wish to perform procedures such as disclosure of personal information, a fee of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) will be required for each request.
(4) Please note that we may not be able to respond to your request if any of the following apply.

1. If it is not possible to confirm the identity of the person or his/her legitimate representative.
2. If disclosing personal data held by our organization may harm the life, property, body, or other rights and interests of the person or a third party.
3. When disclosing personal data held by APCC may significantly impede the proper implementation of our organization's business.
