Regarding COVID-19 (Basic Policy and Requests)

APCC will establish basic guidelines for combating COVID-19 and plan and operate its projects in accordance with these guidelines.
Please be sure to check the information below before considering registering as a volunteer.

■Basic policy for COVID-19 countermeasures in APCC's business planning and operations
・APCC's business planning and operation will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Japanese government, Fukuoka prefecture and Fukuoka city, and we will make efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
・ If it is necessary to hold an in-person event for operational reasons, we will strive to implement thorough infection prevention measures such as health checks for participants on the day, wearing masks, providing hand sanitizer, and ventilation, in addition to recording and submitting records of actions and health observations for the period specified by the APCC.
・When participating in activities and events hosted by APCC, participants are requested to follow the regulations and infection prevention measures set by APCC at each venue. Please note that in the unlikely event that an infection is confirmed during the event, any information obtained while implementing infection prevention measures will be disclosed to investigating agencies (government agencies, medical institutions, etc.).
・ Although APCC is taking the above measures against COVID-19, as it has become clear that there are asymptomatic carriers, it is difficult to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection to zero. We ask that all participants in the project understand that the risk of infection is not zero.
・We recommend getting the COVID-19 vaccine.
