On Friday, July 11th, the Thai delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of the prefecture, followed by a courtesy visit to the Speaker of the Prefectural Assembly, Mr. Kaji. Mr. Kaji had a lively discussion, sharing stories about his time as the Executive Committee Chair of the 2nd APCC, and how Thai children loved their baths.
