The United Nations Association of Japan
We are now accepting submissions for the "High School Student Opinion Contest for International Understanding and Cooperation."
Applications are open to high school students in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Four high school students were selected for the special prize nationwide.
During spring break, you can take part in a study trip to the United Nations Headquarters in New York.

◆62nd "High School Student Opinion Contest for International Understanding and Cooperation" Entries Wanted◆
(1) Eligibility: High school students in Fukuoka Prefecture (full-time, part-time, correspondence courses)
And students of technical colleges (up to the third year) or students of schools in Japan that meet the above criteria
(2) Title of the assignment
1) The Mission of the United Nations on its 70th Anniversary and Japan's Role within the United Nations
②Japan can cooperate with the UN's efforts on the global environment.
3) The role that Japan should play within the United Nations for world peace and stability
(3) Presentation time: 6 minutes or less
(4) How to apply
1) Please submit a cassette tape or CD of the applicant's speech and a manuscript as follows:

(5) The candidates who pass the preliminary round of the Fukuoka Prefectural Representative Selection Meeting in September (held in Fukuoka City) will present their opinions.
Please do so.
After judging, one person will be selected to represent Fukuoka Prefecture.
