[Notice from other organizations] Essay/argument contest for junior high and high school students

With the APCC Invitation Program now over, I'm sure all of you junior and senior high school students are enjoying a fulfilling summer vacation.

The Fukuoka Prefecture Headquarters of the United Nations Association of Japan, one of the sponsors of APCC, has notified us of a nationwide call for applicants, which is being hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United Nations Association of Japan.

Why not express your feelings and thoughts this summer by writing an essay (junior high school students) or a written argument (high school students)?

The four winners of the grand prize in the nationwide judging process will have the opportunity to visit the United Nations Headquarters in New York during spring break as members of the Oku/Inoue Memorial Japanese Youth United Nations Visit Group.

For details, please see the links below. The deadlines are September 5th and September 4th, respectively.
