What is a Challenge Trip?
This program is aimed at Fukuoka children from 5th grade elementary school to 3rd grade high school, and challenges them to a homestay abroad for about a week every spring. Each group of 18 people (15 children and 3 adult leaders) visits one country or region, and they can experience various different cultures through homestays, school visits, cultural exchanges, etc. The contact point for the country to be visited is a public institution with a long history of exchange as the contact point for APCC, and there are several training sessions before traveling, so even those who are going abroad for the first time can participate with confidence. Not only can you make new friends abroad, but you can also deepen your friendships with your fellow members who support each other while having fun together!

1. Please prepare photo data to attach one photo of the applicant.
Upper body/hat off. (It doesn't have to be an ID photo; it can be taken with a smartphone, mobile phone, etc.)
2. Please upload your assignment as a PDF or photo data. Please prepare the assignment data to attach.
Please check the application guidelines for assignments and submit them according to the theme.1 sheet of A4 paper(Please make sure to include your name and year of study.) If you are submitting digital photos, please take them so that the information written on them is clearly visible.
*Assignments for applicants (children) must be written in the applicant's own handwriting.
3. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the entry. We recommend applying from a computer.
4. Please apply when you have plenty of time, as it is not possible to save data while inputting data.

・Venue: Jonan Civic Center Hall (5-3-25 Katae, Jonan-ku, Fukuoka City)
*The briefing session is scheduled to last approximately one and a half hours.
*Please participate in the information session as much as possible. We may use it as a reference during the selection process.
*We do not accept reservations via answering machine. Please make a reservation using the reservation form below.
*It is possible to participate on the day without a reservation, only if there are seats remaining.

Yes, you can. We accept cash donations via bank transfer or at the APCC office, so please contact the office if you are considering donation.
