- Requests to prevent the spread of COVID-19 -

In order to ensure your safety and to ensure that you can participate in the program with peace of mind, we ask that you follow the following infection prevention measures when participating in activities and events hosted by APCC. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

① Wear a mask
Please be sure to wear a mask when participating in APCC activities.

② Temperature checks and hand disinfection at the venue
Before entering the venue, please disinfect your hands and take your temperature. If your temperature is 37.0°C or higher using a non-contact thermometer, we will take your temperature under your armpit with a medical thermometer. If your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, we ask you to return home immediately.

③ Report to APCC
If any of the following apply to you between the time you decide to participate and the end of the graduation ceremony, please call the secretariat immediately.
・You or a family member living with you has been infected with COVID-19 (tested positive)
- The person or a family member living with the person has been found to be a close contact or is suspected of being a close contact.
・The person or a family member living with them has symptoms that may be related to COVID-19 infection
- There has been or is suspected of being infected with the new coronavirus in yourself, your family, your affiliation (school, extracurricular activities, etc.), or your workplace.

④Submit a two-week "Health and Activity Record"
For face-to-face programs, you are required to record and submit a "Health and Activity Record" for the two weeks leading up to the day of the program. If you do not submit the record, you will not be able to participate, so please be sure to bring it with you on the day of participation.
*If you feel unwell during the recording period, please visit a medical institution and consult with your doctor about whether you can participate in the program. If your doctor determines that you cannot participate, please contact APCC immediately.
