(1) Eligibility: High school students in Fukuoka Prefecture (full-time, part-time, correspondence courses)
and students of technical colleges (up to third year)Or a student of a school in Japan that meets the above criteria

After judging, one person will be selected to represent Fukuoka Prefecture.
