This is an introduction to "Habitat Square," which is being organized by the UN-Habitat Fukuoka Headquarters, a supporting organization of APCC, and the Fukuoka Prefectural International Communication Center.

Admission is free and you can listen to a very interesting lecture! The theme of this lecture is "Transmitting Kyushu's waterwheel technology to Laos", which is one of the APCC invited countries. Nose Hidetaka, who transmitted waterwheel technology to local carpenters, will also be attending as a guest. He is a wonderful person who says that even if you don't speak the same language, it's okay because carpenters can communicate with their skills (techniques) alone!
