[Vietnam Festival in Fukuoka]
The year 2013 marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam.
This year also marks the fifth anniversary of the friendship agreement between Fukuoka Prefecture and Hanoi City.
Prior to this, on Tuesday, September 18th, a joint event was held by the Vietnamese government and the Consulate General of Vietnam in Fukuoka.
The Vietnam Festival in Fukuoka, an event introducing Vietnamese culture, will be held.
This event is also co-hosted by Fukuoka Prefecture.
The performing troupe is a government-approved group that always takes part in Vietnam's national events.
In addition to performing folk dances and traditional musical instruments from around Vietnam,
Ao dai fashion show by famous Vietnamese designers
There are many programs.
Admission is free, but advance registration is required.
There is no deadline, but applications will close once capacity is reached.
