■For those re-registering

Within the past 5 years (2023-2019)If you have previously registered as a volunteer, you can re-register online. Please complete the re-registration form.(※For those who registered before 2018(You will need to attend the new volunteer registration briefing session again.)
・For re-registrationCreate a Google accountandEnter passwordis required. For the password, please check the re-registration information email sent from the APCC office immediately after re-registration begins (if you do not know it, please contact the office).
・There are some divisions whose meetings and other activities will begin in March.We recommend that you re-register as soon as possible.
・For the orientation division, in preparation for the overnight training at the end of May.Please complete the re-registration procedure by the end of April.Additionally, if there are too many people registered, registration may be terminated even during the re-registration period.

Re-registration process

1. Request to create a Google account
The re-registration procedure is done online using Google Form.
If you do not have a Google account (Gmail), please create one first.

2. Check the re-registration information email from the APCC Secretariat
When the re-registration period begins, APCC office will send a re-registration information email to all volunteers eligible for re-registration.
The email will contain the password required for the re-registration procedure.
3. Follow the procedure using the re-registration form
Please use the "Re-registration form" button at the bottom to fill in the required items and submit the consent form.

★What to prepare★
Parental consent form (including junior high and high school students, those under 18 years of age, and students before entering university)
Junior high school and high school students, those under 18 years of age, and students who have not yet entered university are required to submit a parental consent form (two types in total) when registering.

4. Check the re-registration completion email
APCC office will update your information based on the information you have registered. Once the update process is complete, we will send you a re-registration completion email.
Once you receive the completion email, your volunteer re-registration will be officially completed.
※Notes※
・In principle, registrations after the re-registration procedure period will not be accepted.
・If there is a problem with the registration procedure, APCC office will contact you.
・It will take about a week for APCC to update. It may take some time for the re-registration completion email to arrive.
