A volunteer will visit the school in mid- to early June to discuss the schedule for the day of the school visit. Please fill out the meeting sheet already distributed by the Board of Education in mid-April and submit it by email by May 15th. When filling out the form, please also refer to the "Supplementary Explanation for the Meeting Sheet." (You can leave any fields that are not yet decided blank.) Regarding the pre-meeting, the volunteer in charge at each school will contact you from late May to arrange a schedule.
